Lesson 2 to be fit for Saket and friends

  1. Good morning.madam, How can I be of help to you?
  2. I would like to have some info. about your club.
  3. Is there any brochure or pamphlet?
  4. Of course, for whom Madam?
  5. For me only. I wish to lose at least  5 kilos before my wedding.
  6. Is it possible?
  7. Advance,congrats.madam.yes surely.
  8. We have different sections and activities.
  9. You can do stretching, aerobics, body  building and even swimming.
  10.  I will try everything because I want to be slim.
  11. Could I start my stretching exercises from today?
  12. Yes, of course. Put your belongings in the locker and please follow me.

  14. Do  you jog in the park every day?
  15. Quite often. But I prefer going to the gym.
  16. Do you come here every morning?
  17. Yes. I do yoga and I go for a walk here.
  18. On weekends, I play Tennis and basket ball in the club.
  19. I must be fit.
  20. Is there  a club in this neighbourhood?
  21. Yes, there is one near the bank.
  22. Do you have a partner for Tennis?
  23. No. I do not have a regular partner. If you wish to come, you are welcome. 
  24. I will surely come this Saturday.

  27. I am almost obese and I have put on a lot of weight.
  28. I want to slim down.
  29. Play a lot of sports. jogging, walking ,Eat vegetables and fruits in large quantities.
  30. Drink a lot of water.
  31. Fish too???
  32. You can take some. 
  33. Sleep well. Get up early. 
  34. Take good rest. Be calm.
  35. Do a lot of yoga and meditation.
