Lesson 3 for Sanket and friends

1. Dad, is this the house where you were born?
2. Six generations lived in this beautiful house.
3. It was too small.
4. It is not true, We were all living here. 
5. Why are we not going there?
6. We have already sold the house.
7. We shifted after our marriage.
8. Your Mummy thought that the house was in remote area.
9. She liked more the city than the countryside.
10. Can we  go there. I wish to visit that house.
11. Yes, sure. Only my friend bought it.
12. I will call him soon.
13. We can all visit him this Sunday.

15. Here we are. Nothing has changed. The big tree is still there.
16.  We still remember how we all stayed together in this little room.
17. In the corner we used to cook, in the middle we used to sleep.
18. It was  unbelievable. We were too many but still lived in this small house.
19. It was funny.We were doing everything here.
20. We were studying, eating and sleeping in that room.
21. We used this room for several purposes.
22. Look over there. Your mummy wanted to buy that house.
23. But at that we did not have enough money.

25. When we lived in this house, the room overlooked the lake.
26. There were not many trees at that time.
27. We still remember how we went on the river banks in winter.
28.  It was an unforgettable experience.
29. Mummy, what did you do when you were young?
30. Did you use to watch T.V.?
31. No,my dear, we did not have a lot of money. We did not have a T.V.It was a luxury. 
32. We used to play outside with our friends  in the street.
33. We used  to enjoy ourselves a lot.
34. Life was true and simple.
35. It was different.People were happy even if they did not have the means. 
36. It is and was unbelievable.
